I do not do well with early mornings. I wish this were not the case and in high school I was fine with getting up early. However, college ruined me and it seems harder and harder to get up early and stay awake the whole day. Today I got up around 5am, which truly isn’t that bad, but I have struggled to stay awake all afternoon. I finally allowed myself a ‘cat nap’ of 20 minutes which turned into 50 minutes because I slept through the alarm two inches from my ear.
I am only now waking up from that and hoping this groggy post will wake up my mind. It doesn’t seem to be working. 😴😴😴
I should practice getting up earlier. 😂
