Between my assistant and I today, we closed 34 cases. (Which makes me sound more impressive than I am. Owen closed 27 of those cases.) We left with 0 in the queue and all our e-mail inboxes cleared out.
As we left, Owen turned to me and explained his relief. “I was up to 25 cases on Wednesday. It was really stressing me out there!”
To which I said he should write down that we got down to 0 this week because he wouldn’t see that number again for the next few months with busy season hitting. (Maybe 1-0-0.) He just laughed.
Therefore I am writing it down. We managed to make it to 0. But busy season is right around the corner (again)!

I got to ZERO a couple of months ago for few hours – I can’t begin to tell you how good I felt. My oldest case now goes back to your birthday.
