Swordfish

Today on the weird food I found at Wal Mart…swordfish!

I broiled it for lunch. Probably over-broiled. But it was still pretty good as far as fish goes. It picked up the flavor of the seasoning and if made by someone who knew what they were doing, I think would have been really good.

Overall I don’t think I would get it again but I am glad I tried it.
